About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and manage multiple patient monitoring installation projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain project schedules related to hardware delivery, software implementation, installation activities, and customer training
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, ensuring clear communication between customer stakeholders and internal teams
  • Partner closely with Clinical, Service, Sales, Technical Support, and other cross-functional teams to support installation planning and go-live readiness
  • Conduct ongoing project status meetings with both customers and internal stakeholders to track deliverables, timelines, and open action items
  • Provide regular project updates and status reporting to leadership
  • Help troubleshoot installation challenges and collaborate across teams to identify solutions and alternative paths forward when needed
  • Support project continuity and provide backup coverage for other project managers when necessary
  • Assist with coordinating external vendors and third-party resources tied to installation activities
  • Build strong working relationships with hospital staff, vendors, and internal teams to help drive successful project execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 1 year of project management experience within a healthcare environment preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience working directly with external customers
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate resources and drive project progress
  • Ability to understand technical information related to healthcare products, software, service, and installation processes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
