About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the preparation of monthly financial statements (P&L, BS, CF) and management reports
  • Supporting monthly budget updates, conducting plan vs. actual analyses, and helping prepare annual budgets and financial models
  • Organization of financial documentation, review of financial statements and tax declarations, coordination with external accountants, and support during audit processes
  • Support in payroll processing, and ensuring up-to-date and accurate compensation-related data across systems
  • Drafting and reviewing financial sections of contracts, and preparing documentation for board meetings, preparing and reviewing contracts
  • Working closely with various internal teams to provide insights and data for decision-making processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in finance or audit at Big4 or FMCG will be a huge plus
  • Excel/Google Sheets is your comfort zone; budgeting systems don’t scare you
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, and budgeting processes
  • Experience working with auditors, tax filings, and compliance checks
  • Attention to detail and high standards of data accuracy and integrity
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
