About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will play a key role in building and developing the Mindly product.
Deeply understand user needs and their most pressing problems.
Shape and evaluate potential solutions to these problems.
Contribute to the development of AI-powered experiences, including workflows and the AI Companion.
Use AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery, experimentation, and product discovery.
Drive the entire development cycle: from identifying the problem to launching the finished solution into production.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience working with React.js and Node.js
Product thinking focused on solving user problems, not just on technical solutions
Experience building AI-powered products, LLM workflows, RAG systems, AI agents, or other AI-native applications or extensive experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily engineering workflow
Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to design scalable, maintainable systems
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools
Experience in mobile app development will be a huge plus
