About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute SMM strategies aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
- Grow and strengthen the brand's presence across Instagram and TikTok.
- Create and implement content plans in collaboration with the marketing and design teams.
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze results, and continuously optimize activities based on data insights.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience as an SMM Manager.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram and TikTok (Threads is a plus).
- Understanding of analytics, marketing funnels, and key performance metrics.
- Ability to generate creative ideas and evaluate content through the lens of marketing objectives.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Basic design and copywriting skills.
