About the role

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with designers, engineers, and senior product stakeholders to help deliver features and ensure smooth user journeys.
  • Conduct user research: Gather feedback through interviews and discovery sessions to improve the product based on user needs and preferences.
  • Analyze data: Monitor key performance metrics and learn to use both quantitative data and qualitative insights to suggest product improvements.
  • Maintain the product backlog: Help manage the backlog efficiently to increase user activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Draft product requirements: Work with the team to define clear product requirements that effectively address user problems and pain points.

Requirements

  • 1.5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or related tech roles (e.g., QA, Marketing, Customer Success) with a strong desire to transition into Product.
  • Solid theoretical foundation in product management best practices, product metrics, and agile methodologies
  • Proactive learner with a high level of ownership. You don’t wait to be told what to do; you ask questions, propose ideas, and move quickly
  • Ability to think critically, look at data, and draw logical conclusions to make informed decisions
  • Strong communication skills and empathy, allowing you to effectively collaborate with the team and talk to users
