About the role
- Supervise improvement of on-site conversion and be accountable for CRO performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise website and other digital channels to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyse user behaviour and dive into website data to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives and experiments.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to implement CRO strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in optimising conversion.
- Brainstorm different approaches with the team to continuously improve strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimisation and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record in Google Analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other research methodologies.
- Experience with conversion rate optimisation tools and platforms (Salesforce preferable).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Must have a self-employment certificate.
