About the role
- Provide great customer service over the phone, in person, and via email
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients
- Manage the front desk and help clients prepare for their visits
- Schedule client appointments
- Support mental health providers with administrative requests
- Verify client insurance benefits
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to keep business running smoothly

Requirements
- Strong work ethic and ownership of your role
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Willingness to step into uncomfortable situations with clients, providers and coworkers
- Motivation to receive feedback and continually grow
- Flexibility - Varying shifts Mon-Fri 7am-8pm and rotating Saturdays 8-4pm (40hrs per week)
- Customer service skills and a passion for learning
