Soft Skills – Top Priority

- **Solid understanding of Software Architecture** (MVVM or similar).
- **Experience with Android Architecture Components** (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, etc.).
- **Unit testing and UI testing** (Test-driven development is highly valued).
- **Creating fluid visual interactions** and implementing modern mobile UX patterns.
- **Knowledge of performance optimization**, observability, and metrics to show you care about your code.
