About the role
- You will be responsible for providing personalized follow-up, offering advice, and maintaining a high level of engagement throughout the program.
- Welcome new program members, guide them through the initial steps, and ensure they have everything they need to get started effectively;
- Verify that deliverables are completed correctly and provide constructive, tailored feedback;
- Host weekly live sessions on specific topics, answer questions, and offer customized guidance;
- Respond daily to members’ questions on the coaching platform, providing timely and personalized support;
- Provide emotional and motivational support, helping entrepreneurs overcome doubts and stay committed;
Requirements
- E-commerce experience: Have generated significant revenue across multiple online stores, with a cumulative turnover exceeding €500K, demonstrating mastery of growth strategies.
- Strong knowledge of the e-commerce market: Stay current with the latest growth strategies, technological tools, and industry practices.
- Coaching experience: Have mentored multiple students through their e-commerce projects with verifiable results.
- Hard skills: Shopify, Meta Ads, AI tools, Google Workspace, Notion, moderation platforms (Circle, Discord, Slack)
