About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, administering technical assessments, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and closing candidates.
- Develop sourcing strategies and timelines for job openings, adjusting as necessary to meet hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Evaluate candidates for overall fit and confirm qualifications through pre-screening interviews.
- Support the business development team by building a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
- Review a high volume of applications daily, maintain the applicant tracking system, and ensure compliance with EEO guidelines.
- Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferably in federal contracts/Healthcare IT or staffing agencies)
- Proven success in a remote work environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques
- Ability to follow employment laws and regulations e.g. DOL, OFCCP, EEO, ADA, etc.
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills
- Prior Government/Federal experience
