About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Onboard new Pay customers - handling the edge cases that sit outside the automated flow, coordinating with our payment partner, and being the first point of contact when customers have onboarding questions.
Run payment operations and compliance monitoring, reviewing flagged transactions, providing supporting documentation to facilitate payment releases, triaging cases by complexity, and collecting identity verification details from customers when payroll payments are flagged.
Own customer support for Pay resolving everything from how-to questions and payment status to open banking issues and onboarding clarifications.
Track support metrics, surface patterns to the product and ops teams, and contribute to making support more self-serve over time.
Manage Mimo's accounts payable and receivable - running payment runs, issuing customer invoices, following up on outstanding balances, and keeping AP/AR ledgers in good order in close collaboration with Finance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

0-3 years of experience post-graduation - new grads with the right attitude are very welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
High attention to detail and comfort with process-driven, accuracy-critical work.
Structured and self-organised - you hold multiple workflows in parallel without dropping things.
Genuinely curious about AI and already using it.
Fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage but not a must-have.
