About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run onboarding & pilot projects end-to-end
- Work with accounting firms to onboard their clients onto Mimo
- Help firms quantify time saved and track client adoption
- Coach on technology and AI-assisted workflows
- Collaborate with Sales to shape product explanation and deliver client value
- Be the voice of the customer internally and influence product development
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-4 years in practice or the industry
- Deep understanding of accounting standards (e.g. UK GAAP, FRS 102, FRS 105)
- Commercially minded, enjoys talking to people and understanding their problems
- Experience with AI tools and technology
- Organized and self-directed
- A clear communicator who can explain complex functionalities to accountants
- Familiarity with accounting platforms and related automation tools is a bonus
- Studied accounting and experience working with product teams or vendors
