About the role
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across a defined portfolio of mid-market accounts.
- Own and execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close.
- Partner closely with BDRs, Solutions Engineers, and marketing to drive coordinated account engagement.
- Build and expand relationships across multiple stakeholders, including senior decision-makers, to drive deal progression.
- Understand the strategic and operational priorities of your target accounts and position Mimica’s value accordingly.
- Lead structured, multi-threaded sales processes, navigating complex buying groups and procurement requirements.
- Deliver tailored demos and business cases aligned to customer use cases.
- Continuously refine your approach based on market feedback and performance data.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in SaaS sales, with a strong focus on new business acquisition (“hunter” mentality).
- Proven ability to manage and close complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience owning the full sales cycle, including pipeline generation and deal execution.
- Track record of consistent quota attainment in mid-market or comparable segments.
- Ability to operate effectively in low-brand or emerging market environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate value in a clear, compelling way.
- High level of ownership, urgency, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
