About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share
- Promote and sell the Company's surgical products and tissues
- Drive sales growth and achieve defined sales performance goals
- Identify, define, and execute on market opportunities
- Conduct large group and individual presentations
- Research and resolve commission issues for agencies
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with agency partners and customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA in related discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in related field with 1-3 years of progressive responsible positions
- MS/MA and 1-3 years of experience in related field preferred
- Certification required in some areas
- Prefer 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue segments of the healthcare industry
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
