About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive partner-generated pipeline and revenue across new and existing accounts
- Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with partners and alliances
- Own and grow the partner ecosystem pipeline across key accounts and channels
- Deliver against ARR, renewal rates, KPIs, and partner targets
- Monitor performance and provide accurate insights and reporting to leadership
- Execute partner recruitment, onboarding, and activation strategies

- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine partner programs and sales initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong expertise managing channel or alliance partnerships with full commercial ownership
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders up to C-suite level
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, and human risk management
- Proven success executing partner business plans and driving revenue
- Comfortable using sales tools to manage pipeline and performance
- Understanding of revenue drivers, ROI, and buying processes
- Willingness to travel for partner engagement and events
