About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and grow the global team within Mimecast’s channel marketing function
  • Build a team and a framework that turns Mimecast’s partner base into a revenue channel
  • Lead TO-partner motion: partner communications, webinars, product launch enablement
  • Own Partner experience: marketing hub within the PRM/TCM, MDF Portal and partner concierge
  • Own the THRU-partner motion: strategic campaigns framework, ABM plays, ready-to-use demand gen toolkits
  • Drive campaign localization in partnership with regional Growth teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
  • Represent the Scale pillar in senior stakeholder conversations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a closely related field
  • Hands-on experience across TO-partner enablement and THRU-partner demand generation
  • Experience building multi-touch demand gen campaigns through the channel
  • Strong people leadership skills
  • Excellent communicator — able to write compelling partner-facing content
  • Highly organized and process-driven
  • Data-driven approach to performance and decision-making
  • Background in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS strongly preferred
  • Experience with MDF programs, partner portals, and partner co-marketing budgets is a plus
