About the role
- Own the end-to-end roadmap for a subset of HRCC capabilities
- Define clear problem statements and success metrics
- Partner with engineering to scope and deliver features
- Lead strategic product initiatives from concept through launch
- Build and maintain a structured process for tracking at-risk HRCC accounts
- Serve as the PM point of contact for customer escalations
- Identify patterns in customer escalations and translate them into product investments
- Drive cross-functional accountability across teams
- Maintain clear documentation, status tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other PMs
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven track record owning features or product areas end-to-end
- Strong analytical instincts
- Experience driving cross-functional programs
- Experience managing customer-facing product conversations and escalations
- Familiarity with risk management concepts
- Ability to work closely with engineering on technical decisions
- Comfort working with product analytics tools
- Proficient in leveraging generative AI tooling
