About the role
- Drive the operational training and enablement strategy at scale
- Create training content that team members want to adopt, share, and improve
- Work collaboratively with partner teams to set expectations and KPIs
- Participate in goal setting across the organization by defining performance-based outcomes for learners
- Report status to Training Team management and coordinate with team leaders
Requirements
- High School diploma required
- Proven track record for cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, or customers
- Demonstrated understanding of training creation, practices, and procedures
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to leadership
- 5+ years of training content development experience
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning authoring (Brainshark, Adobe Captivate, etc.) and learning management system (LMS) software (Workday, Moodle, etc.)
