About the role
- Administer and maintain CyrusOne’s compensation programs, including base salary structures, job classifications, and incentive programs.
- Support the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, promotions, and incentive payouts.
- Analyze compensation data, conduct market benchmarking, and provide recommendations on pay structures.
- Assist in developing compensation policies and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance to HR business partners, talent acquisition, and managers on compensation-related matters.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR leadership to develop compensation models and financial impact analyses.
- Support the development and maintenance of job descriptions and job leveling frameworks.
- Participate in salary surveys to analyze market trends and recommend pay adjustments accordingly.
- Prepare compensation reports and materials for leadership review and board of director presentations.
- Responsible for HR data analysis and metrics, running reports and analysis.
- Support additional non-compensation related HR projects and programs as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data and market trends.
- Knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and salary survey participation.
- Understanding of FLSA, pay equity regulations, and other compensation-related compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems like Workday.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in a technology, real estate, or data center environment.
- Experience supporting sales incentive or executive compensation programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is a plus.
