About the role
- Identify and pursue cold leads through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies
- Represent Artsy Couture at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop sales and marketing collateral
- Own and maintain warm leads and opportunities in Salesforce
- Lead virtual and in-person presentations; create product samples tailored to prospective clients
- Support B2B client relationships across marketing initiatives, order management, sales training, contract negotiations, and escalations
- Partner with Product Engineers and Operations to problem-solve new product solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales, Business Development, or a closely related role — B2B experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in building a pipeline and closing new business, not just maintaining inherited accounts
- Experience working across both online and in-store retail sales environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM; comfortable analyzing data and building reports in Google Sheets
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time, including occasional short-notice trips and some international trips
- BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics, Journalism, or a related field
