About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and pursue cold leads through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies
Represent Artsy Couture at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences
Collaborate with the creative team to develop sales and marketing collateral
Own and maintain warm leads and opportunities in Salesforce
Lead virtual and in-person presentations; create product samples tailored to prospective clients
Support B2B client relationships across marketing initiatives, order management, sales training, contract negotiations, and escalations
Partner with Product Engineers and Operations to problem-solve new product solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in Sales, Business Development, or a closely related role — B2B experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated success in building a pipeline and closing new business, not just maintaining inherited accounts
Experience working across both online and in-store retail sales environments
Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM; comfortable analyzing data and building reports in Google Sheets
Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time, including occasional short-notice trips and some international trips
BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics, Journalism, or a related field
