About the role
- Lead production and process departments in achieving productivity, efficiency, cost, quality, delivery, and safety objectives.
- Work with the Location Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Human Resource Manager to understand current and future personnel needs.
- Manage Department Production Managers, PPI and VOH.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the safety process at Cushman Plant.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in Production Management
- Textile Experience Preferred
