About the role

  • Champion a culture of people management excellence across the plant
  • Administer core HR functions including: Policy and procedure compliance, Benefits and salary administration, Safety and workers’ compensation, FMLA and leave management
  • Lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing
  • Coordinate associate education enrollments and support skills development initiatives
  • Facilitate Continuous Skills Development Pillar meetings
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Sr. HR Manager and plant leadership
  • Lead special HR projects and initiatives
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Prior HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Working knowledge of employment law and benefits administration
  • 5+ years’ Human Resource experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Experience with SAP (preferred)
  • PHR certification (preferred)
