About the role
- Champion a culture of people management excellence across the plant
- Administer core HR functions including: Policy and procedure compliance, Benefits and salary administration, Safety and workers’ compensation, FMLA and leave management
- Lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing
- Coordinate associate education enrollments and support skills development initiatives
- Facilitate Continuous Skills Development Pillar meetings
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Sr. HR Manager and plant leadership
- Lead special HR projects and initiatives
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Working knowledge of employment law and benefits administration
- 5+ years’ Human Resource experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Experience with SAP (preferred)
- PHR certification (preferred)
