About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the B2B product vision
- Drive portfolio convergence and bundling strategies
- Build product roadmaps and playbooks
- Engage with enterprise and SMB customers for insights
- Lead competitive and trend analysis
- Partner with sales, marketing, and channel teams for GTM campaigns
- Oversee development and lifecycle management of B2B products annually
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of senior leadership in telecommunications, ICT services, or enterprise technology
- Demonstrated success in growing complex product portfolios and launching new service lines
- Deep experience in diverse Latin American markets
- Strong analytical and commercial skills
- Executive-level presence and communication skills
- Master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, or business
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
