💰 $115,000 - $125,000 per year
About the role
- Lead teams of diesel technicians and service managers at assigned shops in CT, MA, and NH
- P&L responsibility for each shop
- Implement and manage to company processes and procedures at all shops in the region
- Travel to shops regularly
- Ensure safety and OSHA and DOT compliance of shops and employees
- Manage hiring and scheduling across locations
- Audit maintenance and repairs and monitor KPIs for each location
Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience managing in heavy diesel truck maintenance
- Strong organizational and customer-focused skills
- Proficiency with computer and vehicle diagnostics
- Willingness to travel within district (Within 100 miles), work flexible schedule, and work overtime if needed
- Business degree or technical school certification
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Truck Leasing experience is strongly desired
