About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform sample collection including throat and nasopharyngeal swabs from healthy volunteers
Prepare sample-collection kits for self-collected samples by sample donors
Send recruitment/scheduling emails to potential study participants
Pickup and drop off new and used kits from designated spots
Reconcile used kits with collection logs for proper documentation
Add notes to collection logs based on findings
Communicate with subjects for documentation corrections
De-identify samples and store them as required
Input data from collection activities into ASCP electronic database
Track and file relevant documents for records in study binders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current California State licensure for LPN or LVN
Minimum of one year of practical nursing experience
Phlebotomy experience considered a plus
