About the role

The Instructional Design Consultant (IDC) is a key contributor to the success of the Education Services team.
This position is responsible for the design, creation, and maintenance of innovative learning solutions to enhance product education for our high-tech medication management solutions.
The IDC functions as a strategic business partner to understand performance needs and organizational constraints/requirements to determine innovative learning solutions.
The IDC is responsible for relationship management with their key business partners on product use, installation, support, and service for several products.
The IDC executes on key driver components of Education Services strategy for associates and customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or related field required.
Master’s degree in Performance Improvement, Education Technology, Instructional Design, Adult Education, Interactive Media or Learning Systems preferred
2+ years’ experience in Instructional Design or learning solutions with an emphasis on eLearning required
Experience developing eLearning (web-based training modules), technical training videos (script writing, production, and video editing), documentation, presentations and other training materials maintained in a Learning Management System (LMS) required
Experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Captivate or other learning authoring tools required.
Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
