About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive Net Promoter Scores (Customer Satisfaction) higher
  • Improve communication between customers and the Field Service Engineers
  • Call customers to relay service delays, update arrival times, and track parts
  • Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure needs were met
  • Manage company assets including cell phone, computer, and tablet
  • Establish positive business relationships with customers and peers
  • Perform administrative duties including recording time worked and training
  • Provide ongoing feedback to customers regarding instrument repair and status
  • Schedule and support the customer base in close collaboration with district team leads and dispatch staff
  • Complete training in Salesforce, ServiceMax, and Qualtrics satisfactorily.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer service/customer facing role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and computer-based tools for reports, email and general communication
  • Ability to work both individually and in team settings
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% of time outside of home geographic area, based upon business needs
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs frequently and up to 70lbs infrequently
  • Adhere to all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) standards/guidelines required by company policy.
