- Traveling with sales reps helping find, land, and grow new business
- Building, developing, and influencing a sales team

Requirements
- Strong Sales and Leadership Skills: Proven ability to close sales, negotiate contracts, develop new business opportunities, and lead a team.
- Communication and Influencing: Ability to effectively convey product value, build relationships, and influence team dynamics.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data and sales statistics to inform strategic decisions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Experienced in managing and expanding client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: Understanding of engineering, fiber materials, and their related applications.
- CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
