Sales Development Representative – Salon/Spa Space
Millennium Systems InternationalSales Development Representative at Millennium Systems International engaging Salon/Spa business owners to elevate operations with Meevo. Collaborating with Account Executives to generate leads and optimize client experiences.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with your Partnering Account Executive to understand target markets, key accounts, and industry segments.
- Generate and Qualify Leads: Create high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Outbound Prospecting (80%): Conduct proactive outreach to salons, spas, and MedSpas.
- Inbound Lead Conversion (20%): Quickly follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into scheduled discovery calls or product demos.
- Performance and Metrics: Maintain a consistent outreach cadence, including 250+ calls per week.
- Industry & Product Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in team training sessions, weekly 1:1s with your manager, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1+ years of B2B or inside sales experience
- Experience or familiarity within the wellness space is a strong plus.
- Understanding salon/spa/MedSpa operations (consultations, memberships, POS/EMR systems, retail) is ideal.
- Sales & Communication Skills: Confident engaging with business owners and skilled at uncovering pain points and presenting solutions.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools for tracking and managing outreach.
- Motivated & Organized: Self-starter with excellent time-management skills.
- Results-Oriented: A self-motivated hunter who thrives on uncovering new opportunities.
- Growth Mindset: A proactive learner committed to continuous improvement, professional growth, and team success.
