About the role

  • Collaborate Strategically with Partnering Account Executive
  • Generate and Qualify Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Conduct proactive outreach to salons, spas, and MedSpas
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into scheduled discovery calls
  • Maintain a consistent outreach cadence, including 250+ calls per week
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Participate in team training sessions and professional development opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of B2B or inside sales experience
  • Experience or familiarity within the beauty or wellness space is a strong plus
  • Understanding salon/spa/MedSpa operations is ideal
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools
