About the role
- Collaborate Strategically with Partnering Account Executive
- Generate and Qualify Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Conduct proactive outreach to salons, spas, and MedSpas
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into scheduled discovery calls
- Maintain a consistent outreach cadence, including 250+ calls per week
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
- Participate in team training sessions and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of B2B or inside sales experience
- Experience or familiarity within the beauty or wellness space is a strong plus
- Understanding salon/spa/MedSpa operations is ideal
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools
