About the role
- Work closely with your Partnering Account Executive to understand target markets, key accounts, and industry segments
- Create high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Conduct proactive outreach to salons, spas, and MedSpas
- Quickly follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into scheduled discovery calls or product demos
- Maintain a consistent outreach cadence, including 250+ calls per week
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
- Participate in team training sessions, weekly 1:1s with your manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1 - 2 years of B2B, SDR, or BDR sales experience MedSpa/Wellness strongly preferred
- Experience or familiarity within the beauty or wellness space is a strong plus
- Understanding salon/spa/MedSpa operations (consultations, memberships, POS/EMR systems, retail) is ideal
- Confident engaging with business owners and skilled at uncovering pain points and presenting solutions
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools
