About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize revenue and market share across the KSA hotel portfolio.
  • Lead and oversee Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Distribution, and E-commerce functions.
  • Drive business growth through corporate, leisure, government, MICE, and group segments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to optimize performance.
  • Ensure achievement of revenue targets, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, owners, and business partners.
  • Prepare commercial budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate closely with General Managers and operational teams to align commercial and operational objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the Saudi market.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop commercial teams to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Support brand positioning, digital marketing, and online distribution strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and business meetings.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
