About the role

  • Assist the Customer Service Leadership team and staff with various administrative and clerical duties to ensure efficient workflows
  • Electronically file documents on customer and patient accounts to maintain timely, accurate records
  • Monitor and distribute incoming department cases, faxes, voicemails, and emails to ensure the department meets Service Level Agreements for all internal and external customer inquiries
  • Access, enter, and update customer account information in Laboratory Information System, CRM, and other software platforms; complete all required case management including written communication with both internal and external customers
  • Process UPS and FedEx pick-up requests, customer supply orders, report redactions, and fax verifications
  • Facilitate the company’s monthly Order Entry Verification process per Standard Operating Procedure
  • Ensure adherence to all HIPAA, Confidentiality, and Compliance policies, procedures, and standards
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Customer Service Leadership

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, minimum requirement
  • 1+ years general administrative/clerical experience
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work under tight schedules
  • Ability to multitask and take direction well
  • Self-starter and ability to be flexible
