Support all specimen shipping operations by following standard operating procedures
Oversee distribution matters and provide an exceptional customer experience
Monitor and track daily on-demand UPS and FedEx customer shipments
Maintain UPS Placard Program and facilitate expansion across the business
Serve as logistics point of contact for Sales, Field Services, and other cross-functional teams
Provide real-time chat support to Customer Service team via Microsoft Teams channel
Investigate and resolve customer shipping issues in a timely, proactive manner
Partner with Data Services to resolve discrepancies in monthly UPS Zero-Volume Pickup fees and contain costs
Facilitate logistic needs for Telehealth customers and associated vendors
Prepare for and attend weekly Corporate Performance Management calls with MH and UPS stakeholders
Update standard operating procedures and educational materials to maintain accuracy and timeliness
Train Customer Service Advocates and Coordinators on new procedures and provide ongoing refresher training
Ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality and Compliance policies, and cyber security controls are adhered to at all times
Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent experience required
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
1-3 years Logistics and Customer Service experience
Previous experience using Salesforce is required
Strong experience in Word and Outlook with advanced working
knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
Strong ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with customers, partners, and peers
Strong project management skills including the ability to work independently, establish priorities, assist/direct staff and complete multiple projects in a timely, organized matter
Ability to collect, analyze and interpret data
Strong attention to detail; ability to find and analyze mistakes
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow through on projects and assignments
Ability to effectively handle large workloads with changing priorities
Ability to use independent judgment and critical thinking
Must be Internet savvy and computer literate – Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce
Must be flexible and adaptable within a changing, fast paced environment
