About the role

  • The Account Manager role is field-based and requires daily travel in the territory.
  • Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory providing medication monitoring and drug testing services.

  • Work with clinical, laboratory, and corporate customer support teams to ensure quality and accountability.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with accounts in assigned regions to build long-term client relationships.
  • Cold call and network in the territory to develop leads for the Territory Manager.
  • Schedule and deliver field training sessions with customers/clients and their staff.
  • Function as the key person who identifies account needs and coordinates support with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • BA or BS Degree from a four-year accredited university.
  • 1+ years of account management, customer support, or field-based experience.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills and strong customer service aptitude with a high degree of responsiveness
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is valuable
  • Uncompromising ethics and integrity.
  • CRM experience (preferably Sales Force) and comfortable using a range of technology platforms while on the road
  • Clean driving record and ability to maintain a home office.
  • Ability to ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality and Compliance policy, procedures, and standards are always adhered to.
  • Ability to ensure administrative, physical and technical cyber security controls are always adhered to
