About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor incoming events and alerts in real time, triaging them according to defined priority and escalation criteria
Execute standardized operational tasks following established procedures and runbooks
Operate within highly automated workflows, recognizing when automated processes have resolved an issue versus when manual intervention or escalation is required
Follow defined escalation paths and controls, ensuring issues are routed correctly and resolved within agreed timeframes
Provide coverage as part of a 12-hour day shift rotation, working two consecutive shifts followed by four non-working days, alongside two other junior team members
Document actions taken and engage senior members in a timely manner
Partner with IT colleagues across departments to strengthen processes and prevent disruptions
Learn from incidents, improve operations, and help drive IT maturity across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Final year in university in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Knowledge in SCCM, Intune, Jamf, or similar tools for managing and maintaining servers and end-user devices
Fluent English
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Persuasive and able to guide teams toward best practices
Structured, organized, and consistently well-prepared
Proactive problem-solver
Resilient and calm under pressure, especially during incidents
