About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for delivering effectful and targeted co-marketing within selected channel accounts across the APAC region
  • Develop the channel marketing plans in alignment with the commercial growth targets and define measurable KPIs
  • Manage the channel marketing budget and relevant management of the channel market development funds
  • Execute tactics in accordance with the plans and seek to optimize performance with selected channel partners
  • Ensure key product, business, and partner program messages are received by the channel partners
  • Collaborate extensively with global and regional marketing teams as well as sales teams
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across accounts to measure marketing effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing or related business field
  • Experienced B2B marketeer with demonstrated success in driving growth in a two-tier channel model
  • Extensive experience in channel marketing from larger corporations, including management of market development funds (MDF)
  • Experience from the tech and/or software industry
  • A team player with an intrinsic motive to help colleagues and go an extra mile to deliver on commitments
  • Skilled in developing and executing channel marketing plans addressing business objectives with the channel partner
  • Digital mindset and experience in delivering co-marketing demand generation programs
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms for tracking and reporting on performance
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects and priorities in parallel, works efficiently to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Experienced working across cultures and geographies.
