About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for delivering effectful and targeted co-marketing within selected channel accounts across the APAC region
- Develop the channel marketing plans in alignment with the commercial growth targets and define measurable KPIs
- Manage the channel marketing budget and relevant management of the channel market development funds
- Execute tactics in accordance with the plans and seek to optimize performance with selected channel partners
- Ensure key product, business, and partner program messages are received by the channel partners
- Collaborate extensively with global and regional marketing teams as well as sales teams
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across accounts to measure marketing effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing or related business field
- Experienced B2B marketeer with demonstrated success in driving growth in a two-tier channel model
- Extensive experience in channel marketing from larger corporations, including management of market development funds (MDF)
- Experience from the tech and/or software industry
- A team player with an intrinsic motive to help colleagues and go an extra mile to deliver on commitments
- Skilled in developing and executing channel marketing plans addressing business objectives with the channel partner
- Digital mindset and experience in delivering co-marketing demand generation programs
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms for tracking and reporting on performance
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance
- Experienced in managing multiple projects and priorities in parallel, works efficiently to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage budgets and resources effectively
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Experienced working across cultures and geographies.
