Build and nurture strong, productive relationships with a portfolio of regional technology partners aligned with Milestone’s Open Platform strategy
Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for partners within Milestone
Conduct business reviews and strategy check-ins to ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability
Develop joint business plans with partners, establish KPIs, co-marketing activities, technical collaboration, sales enablement, and solution development
Track progress against goals, manage follow-through on commitments, and adjust plans to maximize impact
Identify and drive initiatives that generate leads, pipeline, and revenue for Milestone and partners
Support partners in integration of their solutions with Milestone’s platform through APIs, SDKs, and standard protocols
Coordinate with internal technical teams to provide guidance, resources, or support for successful integrations
Identify new technologies and trends to enhance Milestone’s value proposition in key verticals
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to launch and promote joint solutions through webinars, events, and campaigns
Build internal awareness and sales readiness by sharing use cases, value propositions, and success stories
Help partners understand and leverage Milestone’s Technology Partner Program (TPP)
Work closely with Regional Sales, Technical Support, Product Management, and Marketing teams to execute partner strategies
Represent partner needs internally and influence roadmap alignment
Participate in key events (Sales Kickoffs, GSX, ISC West) to promote partner innovation and capture market opportunities
Requirements
5+ years in the IT, security, or video technology industry, with experience in partner or alliance management
Demonstrated experience in developing, executing, and tracking joint business plans with partners
Proven ability to build and manage B2B partner relationships, drive joint plans, and deliver results
Experience with co-marketing, solution selling, and go-to-market collaboration
Strong understanding of software and/or hardware integrations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally
Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 tools
Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus
