About the role
- Define product and service specifications
- Evaluate performance, scalability, and cost benchmarks
- Collaborate with Engineering teams for product requirements
- Analyze customer usage and feedback
- Meet with customers and partners for feedback and priorities
- Work closely with management and global teams on new product opportunities
- Incorporate customer feedback into product design cycle
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management at a technology company
- Very strong technical skills in modern architectural concepts, cloud/on-premise deployments and terminology
- Strong technical depth in high-performance computing and hardware-accelerated systems
- Platform and integration architecture knowledge
- Understanding of Linux-based products and latest trends
- Ability to translate market/customer problems to product requirements
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in video/video analytics products is a strong advantage
- Vertical specific experience: law enforcement, retail, transportation, Health is an advantage
- Bachelor or master’s degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant area.
