About the role

  • Own and meet annual sales targets within assigned regions and territories.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet regional sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain an effective field sales team.
  • Analyze and report on industry trends and assess the competitive landscape.
  • Manage sales and expense budgets, ensuring delivery on targets.
  • Interact with pre-sales engineering on pilot approvals and related issues.
  • Follow up with post-sales on pending or strategic support issues.
  • Assist with national tradeshows and company events as needed.
  • Develop eco-partner relationships and manage solution selling and strategy coordination.
  • All other duties as assigned periodically by the manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the VMS, physical security, or integration industries with experience in the LATAM market.
  • Established professional relationships with integrators, consultants, A&Es, and manufacturer reps across LATAM.
  • Deep knowledge of video surveillance trends, Milestone’s platform (XProtect, Arcules, Briefcam), and our ecosystem of technical integration partners.
  • Ability to manage competitive pressures from Genetec, Avigilon, Axis, Lenel, Hanwha, and others.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required. MBA preferred in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years field sales and/or sales management experience within technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of personnel management experience including remote staff.
  • Knowledge of CRM databases (preferably Salesforce.com).
  • Fluent English and Spanish, both verbal and written. Portuguese is a plus.
