About the role

  • Manage and develop strategic partners from a global perspective
  • Drive revenue growth by orchestrating engagement across regions and internal functions
  • Position Milestone as partner of choice for integrators, service providers, and resellers
  • Engage with C-level and business development executives to build long-term partnerships
  • Develop and execute global joint business plans in alignment with regional teams
  • Co-create value propositions delivering desirable business outcomes
  • Present to internal and external stakeholders at different levels
  • Actively drive sales and growth for the regions
  • Report to Sales Director, Global Partner Sales and work closely with Channel and Field Sales resources
  • Role based in Copenhagen, Denmark with frequent travel required

Requirements

  • An MBA degree or operating at this level
  • 10+ years’ experience in global channels or key account management with a proven success record
  • Experience with IT, security and/or video surveillance
  • Speaking and written fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Ability to engage with C-level and business development executives
  • Experience developing and executing global joint business plans and co-creating value propositions
  • Proven track record driving sales and revenue growth across regions
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Keen business mindset, service-minded, team player, self-driven, and ability to balance structure and creativity
