About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the successful pursuit of federal government opportunities by coordinating proposal development activities.
- Works closely with Capture Managers, Proposal Management, Solution Architects, Finance, and Contracts.
- Delivers compliant, competitive, and compelling proposals.
- Maintains proposal schedules, action item trackers, compliance matrices, and deliverable checklists.
- Coordinates volume development, document reviews, and color team activities.
- Facilitates meetings, captures decisions, and provides proposal status updates.
- Manages proposal files, templates, version control, and document organization.
- Ensures proposals comply with solicitation requirements, formatting standards, and submission instructions.
- Assists with final production, quality assurance, and electronic proposal submissions.
- Supports special projects across the Growth organization as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in program management, project management, operations, chief of staff, business operations, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience supporting federal government programs or contracts (desired).
- Proposal, capture, contracts, or finance experience (desired).
- Experience with GovWin, TechnoMile, Salesforce, SharePoint, or proposal management tools (desired).
- APMP certification or interest in pursuing certification (desired).
