About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serves as a key day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts.
- Builds and maintains trusted client relationships through proactive and professional communication.
- Understands clients' business goals, target audiences, and marketing objectives.
- Uses Teamwork to steward creative and performance marketing projects from briefing through final delivery.
- Develops project timelines and coordinates with Creative and Creative Operations to ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborates effectively with cross-agency teams to manage project progress.
- Captures and documents client feedback and communicates revisions clearly.
- Assists with the creation of estimates, scopes of work, and change orders.
- Reviews invoices and ensures accurate billing.
- Maintains invoicing logs and supports on AR requests.
- Facilitates communication between clients and agency departments.
- Participates in status meetings and client presentations as determined by account lead.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-3 years of experience in account management or a similar role, preferably within a creative agency environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Teamwork, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
- Flexible and adaptable to change with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenge.
