About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead annual and quarterly performance marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Lead cross-channel planning across Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Display and Remarketing
- Build integrated full-funnel media plans that connect awareness initiatives to downstream business outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve media efficiency while maximizing lead quality
- Serve as the agency's subject matter expert on performance measurement
- Translate complex performance data into strategic business recommendations that connect media investment and revenue outcomes
- Act as the senior day-to-day strategic partner for the client
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–10+ years of digital media experience
- Experience with B2B demand generation programs
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading integrated media teams
- Proven success presenting to executive-level clients
- Expert proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or equivalent BI tools, Salesforce reporting
