About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead annual and quarterly performance marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives
  • Lead cross-channel planning across Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Display and Remarketing
  • Build integrated full-funnel media plans that connect awareness initiatives to downstream business outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve media efficiency while maximizing lead quality
  • Serve as the agency's subject matter expert on performance measurement
  • Translate complex performance data into strategic business recommendations that connect media investment and revenue outcomes
  • Act as the senior day-to-day strategic partner for the client

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8–10+ years of digital media experience
  • Experience with B2B demand generation programs
  • Agency experience strongly preferred
  • Experience leading integrated media teams
  • Proven success presenting to executive-level clients
  • Expert proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or equivalent BI tools, Salesforce reporting
