About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop the strategy, execution, and optimization of retail media campaigns for multiple clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, strategy) to ensure alignment of Campaign strategy, campaign goals, messaging, and performance.
- Provide hands-on campaign execution, management and oversight on platforms like Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Criteo, Instacart, Google Ads, and similar platforms.
- Contribute to campaign forecasting, media planning, and budget management across channels.
- Identify, propose, and execute testing opportunities across platforms.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as Conversions, Cost per Acquisition (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Develop performance decks and clearly communicate performance trends and opportunities to internal and external clients on a regular cadence.
- Mentor and manage a small team of Media Planners providing strategic direction, support, and feedback.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing retail campaigns with strong platform-level knowledge.
- Strong experience managing Direct to consumer or conversion-based media campaigns while having a good understanding of paid search campaign strategies.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, or manage junior team members.
- Exceptional analytical skills — you instinctively dig into campaign data to understand what’s working and why.
- Advanced experience with Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect.
- Previous experience with Google Ads required.
- Effective communication and client-facing skills with experience presenting results and strategies.
- Experience managing budgets and media planning across multiple accounts.
