About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop the strategy, execution, and optimization of retail media campaigns for multiple clients across various industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, strategy) to ensure alignment of Campaign strategy, campaign goals, messaging, and performance.
  • Provide hands-on campaign execution, management and oversight on platforms like Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Criteo, Instacart, Google Ads, and similar platforms.
  • Contribute to campaign forecasting, media planning, and budget management across channels.
  • Identify, propose, and execute testing opportunities across platforms.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as Conversions, Cost per Acquisition (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Develop performance decks and clearly communicate performance trends and opportunities to internal and external clients on a regular cadence.
  • Mentor and manage a small team of Media Planners providing strategic direction, support, and feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing retail campaigns with strong platform-level knowledge.
  • Strong experience managing Direct to consumer or conversion-based media campaigns while having a good understanding of paid search campaign strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, or manage junior team members.
  • Exceptional analytical skills — you instinctively dig into campaign data to understand what’s working and why.
  • Advanced experience with Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect.
  • Previous experience with Google Ads required.
  • Effective communication and client-facing skills with experience presenting results and strategies.
  • Experience managing budgets and media planning across multiple accounts.
