About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement, and maintain marketing and sales strategies
  • Ensure satisfaction of current referral sources and identify future fleet-management needs
  • Develop marketing programs and strategies to target potential referral sources
  • Identify and develop market areas and achieve marketing and sales goals
  • Research and identify potential clients for fleet vehicles
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service-level agreements
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and operations
  • Discuss fleet cycle and replacement strategies with prospective clients
  • Schedule with C suite executives and deliver professional presentations
  • Interface with Client Partnership Managers during client on-boarding

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience
  • Reside in Washington or Oregon
  • Fleet Leasing Industry experience is preferred
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry
  • Familiar with fleet management practices and solutions
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
  • Solid working knowledge of and proficiency in executing consultative selling process
  • Manage new fleet customer onboarding
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to develop compelling oral and written proposals
  • Results driven; highly creative in delivering solutions
  • Able to analyze client issues and challenges
  • Effective organizational skills to manage a pipeline of leads
  • Attention to detail in managing contracts, pricing, and client information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Client Relationship Management technology
  • Ability to support 50% travel
