About the role

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of field, digital, and integrated marketing programmes across APAC.
  • Own regional event strategy, including executive forums, industry events, conferences, and partner-led activations.
  • Drive digital demand generation strategies across email, social, paid media, SEO/SEM, ABM, and retargeting.
  • Build and execute full-funnel campaign strategies aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership on account-based marketing, territory planning, and revenue acceleration initiatives.
  • Lead regional localisation of messaging, product communications, and campaign assets.
  • Own vendor, agency, sponsorship, and partner relationships regionally.
  • Manage end-to-end event communications, partner coordination, and sales intelligence.
  • Be highly data-driven—analyse performance, optimise campaigns, and report on ROI, pipeline contribution, and funnel conversion.
  • Develop compelling narratives, thought leadership campaigns, and content strategies.
  • Own regional marketing budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, data, fintech, or technology-driven environments.
  • Proven expertise across Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Strategy.
  • Strong experience driving pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just activity metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across sales, product, partners, and agencies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in performance metrics, dashboards, and attribution.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and commercially minded.
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
