About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will be the link between strategy and execution, responsible for transforming a global BDR team into a consistent pipeline-generation machine.
  • Lead and develop the BDR team across Brazil, LAC and North America.
  • Ensure targets for booked meetings and opportunities generated by the team are met.
  • Design and optimize outbound prospecting playbooks by region and account profile.
  • Monitor funnel metrics: volume, quality and conversion velocity.
  • Provide individual coaching, role-plays and regular calibration sessions with BDRs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to align ICP, messaging and cadence.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions autonomously.
  • Report results and insights directly to the Head of Global Marketing.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience leading BDR, SDR or outbound pre-sales teams.
  • Ability to manage remote people across different cultures and time zones.
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable with funnel data, CRM and cadences.
  • Experience with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM.
  • Knowledge of SAP, ERP or enterprise sales is a plus.
  • Experience leading BDR or SDR teams in global or multiregional outbound operations.
  • Experience with international markets, especially Brazil, LATAM and North America.
  • Familiarity with SAP, ERP or complex B2B digital transformation solutions.
  • Background in prospecting for or managing teams that work with enterprise ICPs (CIOs, CTOs, SAP CoEs).
  • Experience with sales engagement tools and cadence automation.
  • Advanced or fluent English for team management and communication with global leadership.
