About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a technical and strategic reference in recruitment and selection.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment SLAs, monitor metrics and propose improvements.
  • Manage strategic, leadership, specialized, and international vacancies.
  • Support hiring managers in defining profiles, attraction strategies, and decision-making.
  • Structure and optimize processes, workflows, policies, and recruitment KPIs.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence and new technologies to increase productivity, quality, and scalability of processes.
  • Strengthen MIGNOW's employer brand across different markets.
  • Work closely with leadership to understand business needs and anticipate hiring demands.
  • Contribute to strategic People & Experience projects related to talent attraction.
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Previous experience leading people or acting as a technical reference for recruitment teams.
  • Experience recruiting for technical, strategic roles and across different seniority levels.
  • Advanced English for conducting interviews and professional interactions.
  • Analytical capability to monitor metrics and translate data into actions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized profile with a strong sense of priorities and ability to manage multiple demands.
  • Continuous improvement and innovation mindset.
  • Genuine interest in technology, artificial intelligence, and new ways of working.
  • Differentials: Experience in technology companies. Knowledge of the SAP market. Experience with international recruitment. Familiarity with Gupy and LinkedIn Recruiter. Knowledge of People Analytics and recruitment metrics. Advanced Spanish for conducting interviews and professional interactions.
