About the role

  • Ensure operational efficiency of projects
  • Work transversally across PMO, resource management, and processes
  • Ensure methodological compliance, allocation control, and support for delivery teams
  • Actively identify opportunities to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize operational processes
  • Increase productivity and improve project governance

Requirements

  • Previous experience in PMO, governance, or project operations
  • Hands-on knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools applied to day-to-day tasks (e.g., automation, analysis, content generation)
  • Intermediate/advanced English (reading, writing, and communication)
  • Experience with SAP projects
  • Experience with process improvement
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, SAP, or similar
  • Spanish
